| Omohundro Company designs and manufactures radomes utilizing solid laminate, monolithic, 2 ply sandwich, A-sandwich, C-sandwich and multi layer constructions. We optimize RF performance in tandem with achieving structural requirements. Materials are selected from substrate consisting of E-Glass, S-Glass, quartz, carbon and kevlar fabrics. Resin systems used are cyanate ester, epoxy, phenolic, polyimide and bismaleimide. We select a honeycomb core or develop a unique core for your microwave and environmental requirements. Omohundro Company is an expert in all coatings ranging from epoxy, polyurethane, fluoroelastomer, rain erosion, antistatic coating and metal spray for shielding. |
